A 70 Acre layout amidst the rolling hills blessed with nature's bounties It is a paradise that mother nature created just for you and its proximity to the golf course, resorts, educational facilities, GIGA city, ICICI knowledge park and twin cities puts HUDA approved Forest Ridge above the rest. 

We were always keen to do things different, and when we were faced with this opportunity to transform a difficult rocky terrain into lush green interesting landscapes, we seized it! Our inspiration was Golconda Fort, with its beautiful and detailed architectural design, was built on the same terrain six centuries ago with unsurpassed technology for that time. 

The amazing rock formations of this land we saw, which in fact are much older than “The Grand Canyon or even The Himalayas” gave us unique ideas. 
The project was designed and executed to retain serenity and Nature, the original setting of rolling hills, rocks, trees and the ponds. 

The layout was developed in-house using satellite images to preserve the natural setting. The superior cemented roads by avoiding inferior quality B.T roads were woven between the hills and are part of the natural contours of the land, thus avoiding the creation of a concrete jungle. 

With so much potential the land had to offer, we aimed to maximize the elements of brown stone, green trees and blue water. Keeping this philosophy in mind, our careful planning lead to the birth of unique “Forest Ridge”, a sincere attempt to preserve and enhance what Mother Nature provided has been a resounding success.
